  • Olive oil

  • Ginger paste
  • Brown sugar
  • Chili paste
  • Chopped thyme
  • Ground cinnamon
  • minced medium onion
  • Corn starch
  • Finally, salt and paper

Preparation Method :

  1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-size pieces leaving some fat for more flavor
  2. Pour olive oil all over the chicken
  3. Add your honey, soy sauce, some soy sauce, crushed garlic, and ginger paste, add the chili paste, brown sugar, and cinnamon to bring the sugar flavor, fresh thyme, onion, and lastly salt and pepper.

  5. Get a baking pan and set aluminum foil to cover the base. Pour the marinated chicken and spread it in a single layer.
  6. Preheat the oven to 425 Fahrenheit and place the chicken there for 25 to 30 minutes.
